Arrival
Faulty units sent to our factory. Conduct free-of-charge device assessment & send quotation to the customer.
Step 2
Repair
Customer confirms with PO. Proceed with the repairing job immediately.
Step 3
Return
After the repairing process is completed and passed the quality check process, we return the units to the customer or customers can choose to self-collect them at our factory.
